Our Application Process
To ensure the highest standard of protection, our typical treatment workflow includes:

Full underside strip-down preparation

Complete TFR and hot pressure wash treatment

Mechanical rust removal and surface preparation

Masking off the vehicle to protect from overspray

Full underside rust-proofing application/ primer

Internal cavity wax protection

Final finish using hot-applied premium Dinitrol wax coating

Why We Choose Premium Dinitrol Over Cheap Alternatives
Quality takes time. With underbody protection, there are a lot of cheap options which just won't last and can take a lot of time to re-prepare once applied.
Dinitrol
We always use Dinitrol, as used by the MOD. Its longer-lasting mineral oil carrier soaks right into the underside of the vehicle while still allowing flexibility of movement without cracking or trapping moisture. This gives our customers longer in between treatment applications giving peace of mind compared to products like waxoyl which has a white spirit carrier that dries up and needs to be applied annually or even cheaper like lanolin which is seasonal and only applies a barrier over existing corrosion.
